It looks like some members of FreeLUG (who?) were inspired by the Architecture line to build MOCs of various French Chateaus. One is clearly labeled as Chambord, but I don't know enough about these to identify the others.
1st pic is indeed Chambord (as noted), 2nd pic is Chenonceaux ( http://www.a-castle-for-rent.com/castles/images/Chenonceau3.jpg ), 3rd pic is Cheverny (barely readable on the pic, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Château_de_Cheverny ).
