Imperium der Steine is holding an Architecture Contest, to build a MOC in the scale and style of the Architecture sets. Kit Bricksto came up with this great version of Hogwarts for the "Entertainment Architecture" category.

La Cité Radieuse

Fujiia built La Cité Radieuse built by architect Le Corbusier in the late 40's in Marseille, France.

Sungnymun Gate

LEGO recently announced the most recent offering in the LEGO Architecture line. The Sungnyemun is a National Treasure of Korea - this was one of the three entrances to the walled city of Seoul in the 14th century. Before being damaged by fire four years ago, the structure atop the gate was the oldest wooden building in Seoul - it is currently under reconstruction and will reopen later this year.

Kranhaus Süd

Moctown's Kranhaus Süd took 4th place in the Eurobricks Architecture Contest.

And the winner is ...

The winners have been announced in the Eurobricks Architecture contest. We'll count down over the next few days. Fifth place was shared by two entries, Blake Baer's Matsumoto Castle and unbornchikken's Getty Center. These are both awesome, but I was particularly happy to see the second one, as I used to live in Los Angeles and went to the Getty several times.

15 Central Park West

Sonicstarlight made this version of 15 Central Park West, which is now on display in Washington DC at the National Building Museum LEGO® Architecture: Towering Ambition exhibit.

Architecture Contest

I actually don't think I've specifically highlighted this contest, though I've featured several of the entries here. Over on Eurobricks they are holding an Architecture Building Contest, challenging you to build a microscale world landmark in the style of the LEGO Architecture sets. There are only a couple more days for this (deadline is this Saturday), so if you've been planning on entering, you'd better hurry.

I was just catching up on some official news on ComicBricks going back through the past couple of months and I realized I never posted the newest set in the Architecture line, the Sydney Opera House.

Viking Ship Hall

Anne Mette Vestergard made the Danish museum Viking Ship Hall.

Puerta de Alcala

Victor Martinez Nouvilas designed this Puerta de Alcala in the style of the Architecture line.

Chateaux

It looks like some members of FreeLUG (who?) were inspired by the Architecture line to build MOCs of various French Chateaus. One is clearly labeled as Chambord, but I don't know enough about these to identify the others.
