One more Vic Viper

Wondering what to do with those skis from the Series 2 collectible minifigure skier? Mainman used them to build this sleek Vic Viper. In the caption, he offers a few hints about the building techniques he used. Apparently, this piece plays an important part.

In the U.S., the weekend after Thanksgiving is considered the start of the Christmas shopping season. Many stores offer steep discounts to entice shoppers. LEGO retail stores offered discount scratch cards on Friday. I used my 10 percent off coupon to buy set 10197, the Fire Brigade

The Home of the Gods, perched atop Mt. Olympus, as created by Auric.

I'm one of those builders who starts by putting pieces together, but I admire those who plan out their work. Auric started with some concept sketches, which he includes in his photoset. Be sure to check them out.
